Neenah Gessner GmbH

Weidacher Str. 30
83620 Feldkirchen-Westerham
Germany
Internet: neenah-gessner.de

Paper production under the Gessner brand has a long history. In 1845, Germany’s first paper mill for the production of filter paper was known under that name. Filter media for the automotive industry was produced in the paper mill Bruckmühl for the first time in 1955. A few years later, further paper mills and impregnation machines were constructed in the neighbouring town of Feldkirchen-Westerham. The special know-how around the impregnation process on the basis of methanol and water make Gessner a leading producer of speciality papers. In 1998 the company was bought by the American FiberMark-Group. In 2006 the owner changed to Neenah, USA. Nowadays, Neenah Gessner is a worldwide leading producer of technical and specialty papers, press board, cloth and non-woven materials. Neenah Gessner supports industry and consumers through markets with products like filter media, coated abrasives and masking tapes as well as melt-blown products.

Direct competitors and suppliers of the specialty paper sector are asked to coordinate with the conference office and Neenah Gessner in advance, whether participation is appropriate. Neenah Gessner retains the right to limit the guided tour for said individuals.
