How to play files directly from a USB stick
The smart TVs make it possible to play music, pictures and videos directly from a USB stick. A list of possible formats is available on the Samsung website.
No PowerPoint Presentation from a USB device!
It is NOT possible to run a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation directly from a usb device! If you want to play your presentation from a USB stick then you have to save the presentation as a (ideally 4k) video or a series of pictures. If you wish to present a PowerPoint slideshow then you must connect a PC to the TV.
Recommendation
It is recommended to bring a laptop (with an HDMI port or adapter) in case the presentation from the USB device does not work as intended.
