Your invoice will be sent to you upon receipt of your final registration. If you cancel your registration by 11 January 2026, you will only be charged 50 EUR; if you cancel by 15 February 2026, you will be charged 40% of the participation fee. After that date, we will unfortunately have to charge the full fee for cancellations due to our own personal obligations. However, substitutes from the same company can attend at any time at no extra cost (after informing us in advance). All prices plus applicable VAT (currently 19%). The terms and conditions of the organising business apply. All liabilities are limited to the participation fee. Registration and cancellation of conference participation is independent of registration and cancellation of hotel rooms.
The organizer reserves the right to make or have made film, image and sound recordings during the event for the purpose of documentation or for its own publications, in particular on the Internet or for advertising purposes. This also applies to persons recorded during the event. By participating in the event, you irrevocably consent to the use of these recordings for the aforementioned purposes, without asserting any claims.
