Information regarding the slides for the introductory presentation

As part of the first lecture by Prof. Dr. Kleemann, an overview of the exhibition and the companies present there will also be given. To make this introduction possible, we need a slide with information about the company, the products presented in the exhibition and the people/exhibitors present.

• A power-point slide, ideally MS Office version 2010 or newer.

• Slide format is to be the common 16:9 wide screen format.

• The text can be in German or English.

• Please do not choose a font size that is too small. People in the back of the room should still be able to read the slides. Font sizes below 10pt are not advisable for content.

• It should not be too much text so that the audience can read it all in time.

• You are welcome to send additional accompanying information to prepare Prof. Dr. Kleemann (the speaker).

• There is no required design or layout for the slide. However, please include the following line of text in the footer of your slides: " International Munich Paper Symposium ", where is the number and is the date of the IMPS, e.g. "34th International Munich Paper Symposium 17 – 19 March 2026".

• It may be a good idea to include the name(s) and image(s) of the people working the exhibit, as well as information on one or two products.
