Participation fee: 1940 EUR + VAT

For credit card payments: EUR 1990 + 19% VAT (including the handling fee)

Once we have received your final registration, your invoice will be sent to you. If you cancel your registration by 3 January 2027, you will be charged just 50 EUR; if you cancel by 10 February 2027, you will be charged 40 per cent of the participation fee. After that date, we will unfortunately have to charge the full participation fee for any cancellations due to the personal commitments we have undertaken. However, replacement participants from the same company may attend at any time at no additional cost (provided we are notified in advance). All prices are subject to applicable VAT. Should a participant have any food allergies, please inform us of this separately. Registration is subject to the organiser’s terms and conditions. The organiser’s liability is limited to the conference fee. Registration for and cancellation of conference attendance are independent of the booking and cancellation of hotel rooms.

The organiser reserves the right to make, or commission the making of, film, photographic and audio recordings during the event for the purposes of documentation or for its own publications, in particular on the internet or for advertising purposes. This also applies to any persons captured in such recordings. By participating in the event, you irrevocably consent to the use of these recordings for the purposes stated, without asserting any claims. Information on data processing can be found in the organiser’s privacy policy and the notice on photo and video recordings.
